Rute was born in Castelo de Paiva and moved very early to the city of Oporto. From a very young age she knew that she wanted to work in Engineering and industrial management, showing already at that time to be a woman of strong ideas.Her first professional experience was in the largest synthetic textile company in the World, but she always wanted to be responsible for her own company. At this moment she is part of the Direction of Argon, together with her father Avelino Araújo. We had already mentioned that she was of fixed ideas, right? She dreamed of creating barpa and later made it come true. This dream emerged from her desire to be responsible for differentiating solutions in the telecommunications market. Nowadays we can say that barpa is a successful project. In her spare time, she likes to absorb all possible knowledge, listening, reading and sharing. We can say that she is an excellent leader because the labor camp is her place of election and her co-workers are her best allies.
