Leonardo was born in a small Galician village, North-West of Spain. At an age of 6 years he moved with his parents to The Netherlands where he stayed till he finished his Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. After this educational period, he started to work at Philips Test&Measurement Division in Madrid where he held several responsibilities. When this division was bought by Fluke he started what later became Fluke Networks in Spain and Portugal. This is the moment when his experience in the Telecommunications World started. He never left it and it is more than 25 years now. Leonardo has a very curios spirit and describes himself as a Telecom freak, he likes to be on the latest on the developments in the telecom world, equipment and gadgets, and to experience it by himself.
