Passionate about learning, Juliana constantly seeks new challenges and opportunities for personal and professional development. She grew up in Santa Maria da Feira, and right after finishing her Master degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, she joined the barpa team, managing the Quality/Continuous Improvement and HR/HST departments, where she remains to this day. She has participated in various projects within the company over the years, in different areas, and she greatly enjoys listening to the shared knowledge and stories of those around her. Juliana loves to travel, explore the world, discover new realities and experiences, read, and regularly seeking new ways to lead a happier and more peaceful life.
