He was born in Setúbal, was registered in Macedo de Cavaleiros, spent much of his life in Algarve and now resides in the Lisbon area. He is the founder of the brand Emotional Intelligence Training® and CEO of EQ-TRAINING LDA, a leading company in the provision of events and training in the area of Emotional Intelligence in Portugal, with private and institutional clients from various sectors, having thousands of people already passed by its programs. He is a guest speaker for numerous events annually, also providing training services in several Universities and Associations.
